The restaurant features a main dining room anchored by an open-flame Robata grill, two private dining rooms, an outdoor patio and Roka Bar, which offers daily happy hour specials and serves handcrafted cocktails, super-premium sake, house-infused shochu and an extensive wine list.

With several years at Roka Akor under his belt – and a philosophy that “you are only as good as your last dish,” – Chef Tyson Tellez brings a passion and commitment for fresh, delicious food to his role as Executive Chef. Roka Akor’s menu, overseen by Chef Tyson and his talented team, features prime cuts of steaks, seafood and vegetables with unique Japanese-inspired marinades and sauces, along with sushi, sashimi, tempura, and extraordinary desserts. The menu changes regularly to reflect seasonal offerings.
