Located at The Phoenician Golf Clubhouse, this inviting gathering spot features a menu that puts a twist on the all-American classic. A variety of signature burgers are offered, highlighted by The Cowboy: Kobe-style Wagyu, fried onion rings, pickled jalapeños, bacon, sharp cheddar cheese and house-made steak sauce; and the Relish Classic: the finest quality beef with a choice of toppings, from whiskey barbeque smoked pork to fried brie cheese. All burgers are accompanied by seasoned tater tots and presented on house-made brioche buns. The restaurant also offers each burger “Knife & Fork style” – served without the bun and presented with nutritious sweet potato waffle fries. For starters, Relish Burger Bistro features such popular items as Achiote Barbeque Chicken Nachos and Fried Pickles. Rounding out the menu is a decadent dessert experience, led by the make-it-yourself Tableside S’mores. Complementing it all are old-fashioned milkshakes and malts – along with a full bar featuring more than 70 premium beers and one of Arizona’s largest tequila collections.
