Proof, an American Canteen, at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale presents home-style comfort fare sourced exclusively from the 50 states. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring American-inspired classics such as shrimp and grits or chicken and waffles. An old fashioned soda fountain serves up milkshakes and sundaes. The restaurant also highlights small batch & craft distilled American spirits, with an emphasis on bourbon & whiskey, as well as wines from across the United States.

The décor of the restaurant draws upon the area’s history as a stagecoach hitching post & the frontier spirit of the Wild West, with a railroad track running perpendicular through the dining room.

Guests can take in the outdoors from every angle with walls that open to views of Pinnacle Peak and extensive patio dining. Televisions, games and a bustling bar bring buzzing energy to the restaurant on a nightly basis. Open daily for breakfast from 7 to 11:30 am, lunch from 11:30 am to 3 pm, happy hour from 3 to 5:30 pm and dinner from 5:30 to 9:30 pm.
