For a true taste of Arizona, look no further than Nellie Cashman’s Monday Club Cafe, named after Arizona’s oldest club for women and “The Angel of the Mining Camp.”

With an emphasis on locally-grown produce, the inventive menu is inspired by the culinary trends made popular during early Arizona’s mining heyday. Highlighting the dinner menu is Arizona Prime – USDA graded prime cuts of beef from select ranches across Arizona: Tenderloin, NY Strip, Ribeye, Flat Iron and even a NY Strip Hamburger.

Why not start the evening with a libation from Doc’s Watering Hole? Each of the hand-crafted cocktails was created using a modern interpretation of recipes dating from the late 1800s. Featuring spirits that are barrel-aged in house, enjoy a twist on the classic Manhattan or margarita. In addition to cocktails, Doc’s Watering Hole also serves 18 Arizona wines and 10 Arizona craft beers from across the state.
