For a true taste of Arizona, look no further than Nellie Cashman’s Monday Club Cafe, named after Arizona’s oldest club for women and “The Angel of the Mining Camp.”

With an emphasis on locally-grown produce, the inventive menu is inspired by the culinary trends made popular during early Arizona’s mining heyday. Highlighting the dinner menu is Arizona Prime – USDA graded prime cuts of beef from select ranches across Arizona: Tenderloin, NY Strip, Ribeye, Flat Iron and even a NY Strip Hamburger.

For those prospecting for a crafted Arizona libation, indulge in a spirited beverage from Doc’s Watering Hole. Serving spirits barrel-aged in house to create hand-crafted cocktails featuring a modern interpretation of recipes dating from the late 1800s. In addition to a twist on the classic Manhattan or margarita, Doc’s also serves 17 Arizona wines and 10 Arizona craft beers from across the state.
