Welcome a new era in casual dining this fall, as Mowry and Cotton brings the indigenous flavors and textures of modern American cuisine to its lively, approachable setting. Gather friends and claim a spot at the buzzy bar and sample through a spirited beer and cocktail list before dinner. Or lounge and let go on the expansive, open-air back porch dotted with communal fire pits and stunning resort views. Inside, Mowry and Cotton boasts a spacious and open dining room where a signature hearth oven stands as the central focal point. Sleek surfaces, floor to ceiling windows, ambient lighting and rustic touches make for a relaxed backdrop.

On the menu, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, is an array of regionally sourced and cured American dishes. Guests can expect entrees like roasted pheasant for two and whole grilled pink snapper, complemented by specially prepared side dishes such as wood stone-fired eggplant.

“Precise, yet relaxed,” said Chef Tandy Peterson. “It’s straightforward cooking that’s easy to love and matches the laid-back vibes of the space. You’ll know you’re in Arizona.”
