Feast on honest, authentic dishes prepared using the classic techniques our ancestors used as they came together over an open fire. Hearth ’61 is a place where you can enjoy craft cocktails, local beers and wines, small plates ideal for sharing and savory entrées. Each day, a featured roast is served from the hearth of their stone oven, which adds a pleasant smokiness to meat, seafood and vegetables.
