the resort’s celebrated heritage.

This culinary destination features fare prepared from the highest quality, locally-sourced ingredients using sustainable farm practices and classic technique. The menu changes seasonally and amazing specials are offered on the daily. An element of surprise is common to all – as well as a healthier approach to create nostalgic preparations. Hand-crafted cocktails, dramatic contemporary decor with an exhibition kitchen and verdant garden views enhance the dining experience.
