Executive Chef Sean Currid uses his far-reaching connections with local, independent Arizona purveyors and farmers, to create an ingredient-driven menu with a skillfully straightforward flavor presentation. You can choose from Hors D’oeuvres, Fish, Meats, Farm & Garden, and Brick Oven Flatbreads, sampling the best of the region’s seasonal organic produce and free-range meats.
