Then welcome to Artizen, Crafted American Kitchen & Bar located in the previous bistro 24 space at the former Ritz-Carlton. Veteran chef Dushyant Singh, Director of Culinary Experiences, brings 16 years of epicurean expertise and creativity to Artizen. Chef Dushyant – nominated for the honor of the 2016 “Best Upcoming Chef ” by the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame – creates exceptional culinary memories for his guests through ingredient-inspired creations. With a playful array of plate sizes and menu items ideal for sharing, every day is a celebration of the fun side of seriously good food. If you make room for only one plate, make it the diver scallops. The beautifully seared mollusks are mounted on a bed of slightly sweet chorizo centered on a neat, golden puddle of lobster-saffron emulsion. Artizen also has an attractive outdoor patio and a long, handsome bar. Stop in for Happy Hour daily from 4 to 6 pm or enjoy live entertainment on Thursdays and Fridays from 5 to 9 pm.
